AstroOracle is an astrology app. This page says what we collect, why we need it, who else handles it, and how to get it deleted. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Your mobile number, to sign you in with a one-time code by SMS.
• Your birth details — name, date, time (or "unknown") and place of birth — because the chart cannot be calculated without them.
• Your questions and the answers, so your chats stay available to you and your astrologer can follow the conversation.
• Your feedback: whether an answer was helpful, and any report you file.
• Purchases: which question pack, the amount, and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered inside the payment gateway's own checkout and never reach us.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as error logs and the language your app is set to.

What we do with it

• Calculate your Kundli, dashas and transits, and answer your questions from them.
• Verify your phone number when you sign in.
• Take payment for question packs and add the questions to your account.
• Review reports and ratings to improve the quality of answers.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate AstroOracle — for example to generate answers, send your sign-in code, process payments and host the service. Each receives only the data it needs for that task, acts on our instructions, and may not use it for its own purposes. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. How long we keep it

Your account, chart and chats stay until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, even after an account is deleted; the account is unlinked from them.

Deleting your data

Write to [email protected] from the number's registered account or tell us the number you signed in with, and we will delete your account, chart and chats within 30 days and confirm it.

Children

AstroOracle is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't share anything in a chat that you wouldn't want stored.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
