What AstroOracle is

AstroOracle calculates your Vedic birth chart and answers your questions from it. The astrologers in the app are our AI: your chart is computed by our own Jyotish engine, and the astrologer you choose reads it and writes the answer. Ask one directly whether it is an AI and it will tell you.

Astrology is for reflection and guidance. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no answer is a substitute for a qualified professional. You are 18 or older and use the app at your own discretion.

What it will never do

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and number secure; anything asked from your account is treated as asked by you. The birth details you enter should be your own, or those of someone who has agreed to it.

Questions, packs and payment

Refunds

If money left your account and the questions did not arrive, write to [email protected] with the payment reference and we will either add the questions or refund the amount, within 7 working days of confirming it with the payment gateway. Questions already used are not refundable, because the service has been delivered. If an answer is plainly wrong or broken, report it in the app and we will look at it — and where it is our fault, put the question back.

Fair use

Please don't attempt to break, scrape or resell the service, automate it, or use it to harass anyone. One message holds one question: if you send several at once, the astrologer answers the first one and invites the rest as your next questions. We may pause an account that abuses the service or the free questions.

Our content

The app, its charts, text and the astrologer personas are ours. Your chart and your chats are yours: keep them, screenshot them, share them if you like.

Availability and liability

We try to keep AstroOracle running, but it can be interrupted for maintenance or by a service we depend on. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use AstroOracle after that means you accept the new terms.
